In addition to our basic will packages we offer Will Trusts for those clients who need to take extra steps to protect their assets and loved ones, for example if there are children from a previous relationship, concerns in respect of divorce or concerns around protecting your home from care home fees or generational inheritance tax. 

Our experienced advisers will be able to discuss all Trust options with you and the fees applicable will depend on the type of Trust(s) required. 

Lasting Power of Attorneys enable you to legally appoint someone you know and trust to make decisions on your behalf should you be unable to do so if you become ill or lose mental capacity. 

We will explain the different types of Power of Attorneys available to you and who you can appoint as Attorneys, we will then draft and register the applications with the courts on your behalf.
